At Eve Furniture, we want you to love your home. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Prepare the Item
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a convenient time for our carrier to collect the item from your home.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
